Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. To make a return, please contact me at contact@agapebijoux.com and include your order number.

The return postal address will be communicated to you later.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. If any of these conditions are not met, I reserve the right to refuse your return.

The refund will be made via the initial payment method, provided that the return is accepted within 15 days of receipt.

Promotional or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are not refunded and return costs are your responsibility.
