
Warranty duration
All our jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date the customer receives the product. After the one-year period, if a defect appears, the customer will be charged for repairs. The repair cost will be communicated before any work is carried out.

What the warranty covers
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and hidden defects that render the jewelry unusable or significantly impair its quality. This includes:
- Problems with the assembly of parts.
- Defects in materials that were meant to be durable (e.g., metal that cracks prematurely).
- Defects in the stones or elements attached to the jewelry (loss of stone due to a mounting defect).

Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents (shocks, falls, exposure to chemicals, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear of materials over time, such as scratches on metal or discoloration of stones.
- Jewelry modified or repaired by someone other than AGAP É BIJOUX .
- Damage due to improper handling, improper cleaning or general negligence.
How to claim the warranty?
If you notice a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us within 12 months of receiving your jewelry.
We will ask you to return the jewelry to us for inspection and assessment of the defect and to provide us with proof of purchase dated less than 12 months.
After validation of the warranty, we will proceed to repair the product.
