What materials are used for your jewelry?
I use gold filled ( learn more ) as well as natural semi-precious stone beads.
What are your manufacturing lead times?
The manufacturing time varies between 3 and 7 days depending on the availability of raw materials. If they are in stock, manufacturing takes approximately 3 days. However, if I have to place an order with my suppliers, the lead time will be extended.
A piece of jewelry I like is out of stock, will it be restocked?
My collections are limited editions, but if a product becomes available again, you will be informed on social media.
Can I request a personalized piece of jewelry?
No, I do not offer this service at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to the European Union and the rest of the world. For shipping rates, please see the ' Shipping ' section.
I live outside Switzerland, will I have to pay customs fees?
Yes, customs fees may apply. We recommend checking with your country's post office or local carrier for more details.

No, these costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded in the event of a return.
